In that we are extremely lucky since the costs of flying out of LAS are generally much lower that most airports in the country. George, UT, a community about two and a half hours north of McCarren International Airport (LAS) in Las Vegas NV. My wife and I travel internationally quite a bit and the trips can be for extended durations. I can't trust this service for my travel back home because I can't risk missing my flight because this company is so unreliable. I was planning on using this service on my travel back home but because of this one experience I will never use this shuttle service again, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. Overall my travel was almost 4 hours longer than originally planned. I know the sick passenger was out of the shuttle service’s control, but I should not have had to give up my seat because of a kayak. I had to spend the 4.5 hour drive feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, paranoid that the kayak would come loose during the drive or that I'd get sick being less than a yard away from the sick passenger. The driver tied it down with some really thin string and it didn't look secure at all. I was forced to move seats (to a claustrophobic seat right next to someone with an obvious lung infection coughing uncontrollably, by the way) so that the kayak could sit on top of several rows of seats on one side. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, we made a few stops (when online it said there would be none) and at one of them we picked up a kayak. So I had to wait another hour and a half for the next one. When they finally got there, it was only me and three other people on the bus! I was annoyed but eager to get to my next shuttle, but because of the delay of the first ride, I missed the transfer to the second shuttle. I had 2 connecting shuttles on my travel to my destination and the first one was almost an hour late because they said "the driver had to go pick up a larger shuttle to carry more people". So disappointing, unreliable, and a waste of time and money.
